What BaseLinker already does

BaseLinker includes a simple AI background cutter: the scissors icon in a product's Photos tab. It is part of the subscription, with daily limits. If a plain cutout is all you need, start there.

Five things AutoPhotos adds

1. Your choice of background — transparent, pure white for marketplaces, any color, a gradient or your own image.
2. A finished look — drop shadow or reflection (with a free preview), color correction and auto crop.
3. Variants without a photo shoot — recolor a selected part of the product.
4. Better supplier images — AI upscaling for small or blurry photos.
5. Product video tools — trim, change orientation (e.g. horizontal to vertical 9:16), compress or sharpen the videos stored on your products.

Connecting your account

1. In BaseLinker open My account → API and generate a token.
2. Open the BaseLinker integration on AutoPhotos, paste the token and click Connect.
3. Your products appear with their photos and videos. Pick one, choose a tool, click Process, then Send to BaseLinker.

The result is added to the product in your BaseLinker catalog as a new photo (or video). Existing files are never overwritten, and your channels receive the change the same way as any other catalog update, according to your BaseLinker sync settings.

Pricing

Connecting is free. Background removal, auto crop, recolor and colorize include 3 free photos per day each. Video trimming, orientation change and compression include 5 free videos per day, then 1 credit each; video sharpening includes 1 free per day, then 2 credits. Everything else uses AutoPhotos credits — new accounts get 5 free credits after email verification.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this different from BaseLinker's built-in background removal?

Yes. BaseLinker cuts the background; AutoPhotos also lets you choose the background, add shadows, correct colors, recolor, upscale and edit product videos.

Will AutoPhotos overwrite images in my catalog?

No. Every result is added as a new photo or video; you can remove old ones manually in BaseLinker.

Do I need to install anything?

No. You only paste your BaseLinker API token into the AutoPhotos panel.
